
An essential location on the most beautiful beach of Watamu. A restaurant, a small beach club, where the wood and white colours of the forniture contrast with the green azure of the sky and of the Indian Ocean. In this frame, a gastronomic proposal different from what it’s possible to find in this area. The fusion word widens to describe a creative proposal that, starting from Africa, embraces China, Japan, by way of Hawaii Islands, and finally comes back to the Mediterranean sea, to Italy. Starting with the idea of promoting and enhancing the local products high quality, the restaurant offers a list of original, fresh, eclectic recipes, created with the aim of offering an intercultural experience that starts from the research and respect of the local raw materials and that brings into our meals colours and flavours of far and close lands.
The menu is enriched by a wide list of international cocktails, both alcoholic and not, by a good level wine selection with particular focus on some italian brands (Casale del Giglio) and some smoothies and fresh juices.
