Our Chef Diego Tosi partecipated to a night celebration night in Nairobi to promote the Italian Cuisine, an event that was part of the World Week of Italian Cuisine, organized by the Italian Embassy. The Embassy asked him and two other italian chefs to prepare a dinner in the River Cafè, inside the Karura forest.
The chef has brught his Jumbo prawns with pistachios and basil crisp waffle on pumpkin puree, cassava and baobab seeds powder.
